Biography

Juliette S. Levin is a seasoned attorney who practices in the areas of trusts and estates, residential real estate, and matrimonial law. She brings to her practice a number of professional accomplishments which include several years of experience in advising clients about effective ways of protecting themselves and their families from the devastating effects of disability and death through the efficient management of their assets; representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions from the earliest stages of contract negotiations to closings; drafting of prenuptial agreements and negotiation of settlements between parties involved in matrimonial actions. 

Through her commitment to helping others and her ability to take initiative, Ms. Levin has enhanced her estate planning practice through her independent affiliation with Stephen L. Mason, who in addition to his juris doctor, holds an LLM in Tax Law from New York University. Admitted to the New York State Bar for over 30 years, Ms. Levin participates in a number of Bar Associations.

Currently, Ms. Levin is a member of the Surrogate's Decision Making Committee which acts as health care proxies for individuals who do not have someone to do so. As such she has applied her more than 30 years of experience to serving the public at large.

Throughout her academic studies, Ms. Levin has been recognized for her contributions to scholarly excellence. A member of Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Sigma Nu honor societies, and currently expanding her knowledge by pursuing an LLM in Environmental Law at Pace University, Elizabeth Haub School of Law, Ms. Levin continues to contribute to the excellence of her profession.
